At Unclaimed Baggage, we want you to love your unique finds, but if a purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. Please note that all items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal within 14 days of delivery and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
